Synopsis of Trailer

We also wrote a synopsis just for the trailer of the film, which includes some of the most exciting parts of the film. Obviously we didn't actually create the entire film, but we decided what would happen

The Door
Adam arrives at his new house and looks up at it optimistically. He enters the front door and begins to explore the house. He quickly comes across a door that cannot be opened and has no key. That night he is getting ready for bed when he hears a scream from the locked room. He walks out into the corridor and sees the door slowly creak open. He begins to walk towards it and reaches out to open it more but it slams shut in his face. He is filled with fear and quickly returns to his room and goes to bed, trying to ignore what just happened.
That night, as he is sleeping, he gets woken up by loud banging coming from the locked room. Adam runs out of his room and see the door is ajar, he rushes in and is surprised that it doesn’t slam in his face this time. He starts to look around the room and eventually finds a photo frame; it is very old and worn down. The photo in it is of a young girl with long, dark hair covering her face. Adam stares at it worriedly, then starts to hurry back to his bedroom with the photo. He gets into bed and puts the photo on his bedside table.
The next morning the photo is empty, there is no girl in it. He goes to school that morning and we see the ghost staring at him through the upstairs window but Adam does not notice her.
Adam starts to become more and more ill over the next few weeks, and spends a lot of his time looking at the photo of the girl. He throws up in the toilet due to being so ill. One night, Adam is seen at the locked door. He is in a trance-like state and seems to be unconscious, but being controlled by something or someone else. He walks into the door and bangs his head firmly against it. The door creaks open and Adam reaches out his hand. The ghost pulls him into the room and the door slams shut. The title of the film appears on screen followed by some short credits.
